Open:
Close from 30.10.10 to 18.12.10 and from 08.01.11 to 05.03.11
Stays:
High and Middle season: weekly, from saturday to saturday.
Low season: weekly, from saturday to saturday, with possibility of shorter stays for a minimum of two nights. Final cleaning will be charged to the guest for stays under four nights : 50 euros per apartment.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Extra charges:
The rate includes all charges with the exception of heating charges, which will be calculated depending on consumption at € 2,50 per hour
Payment terms:
By credit card or wire transfer:
- 30 % of the total amount at the time of booking
- balance, 30 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation charges:
- 25% penalty up to 28 days prior to check-in date
- 50% penalty from 27 to 14 days prior to check-in date
- 100% penalty 13 days or less prior to check-in date.
The rate does not include:
- extra linen (from € 1,00 to € 5,00 a piece)
- dinner (€ 25,00 drinks not included)
- laundry (€ 5,00)
- tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per night (children under 14 years are excluded)
