Cooking Class

Good food is a fundamental part of Tuscan culture and an experience not to be missed during a vacation at an Agritourismo.

Silvia will welcome you to the farms kitchen for a 3 hour lesson, during which you will learn the secrets of Tuscan peasant food. You will learn about the simplest, purest and genuine ingredients of a Tuscan table. We will prepare a homemade pasta such as tagliatelle, gnocchi or ravioli, pizza sauces,"panzanella" (the most traditional of our salads) and some popular deserts such as tiramisu.

At the end of the lesson you will enjoy a feast of the prepared food
